Current ED is amazing. She's brought in really great people. I've worked in several departments over the years and love the mission. Benefits are fairly good

Cons

Board issues. They've pushed out several people, are completely out of touch regarding what's best for the org, and meddle terribly in operations with no experience or expertise. They treat staff as disposable. Also, pay is really low.
