      Pros

      The benefits are really good. Your working for a good organization the fact that ios non for profit you can get a waiver on student loans i believe after 5 years working there but lets be real, 5 years at this place is a long time.

      Cons

      You do not get paid enough to do the job. Management does not change things to make it more efficient. People are not always hired that are best suited for the job. They give raises based on if they like you not based on your skills.

      Pros

      You get to be a part of saving the lives of many kittens who wouldn't have survived on their own without the nursery. You have the opportunity to apply to other departments once the nursery is over.

      Cons

      The job is only seasonal. It's always sad when some kittens do not make it so it can be emotional. Not much opportunity for over-time.
