Pros

Flexible atmosphere. Working to help animals and focused on making an impact. Animals can come to office at times. Respect family as priority.

Cons

Management not helpful or understanding. No room for growth or change, most people don't move up unless in the clique. Some mangers just manage people and reap the benefits while others are doing the real work. Literally just delegates. Lots of politics and unnecessary egos to please. Unless you work in the field treated very poorly.

Amount of pay isn't great. Union kind of sucks. Management can be annoying.
