      - Great pay for an animal welfare position - A lot of growth opportunity - A lot of support for your advisors - You feel like making a difference - Benefits are amazing - A lot of mental health support - Helping animals every day

      Cons

      - Mentally and emotionally draining at times, but it comes with the territory - a lot of working hours, but great OT opportunities
