Fast-paced. 24/7, so every shift has to be covered. That actually provides additional flexibility (and more pay for some shifts), but someone has to be there on holidays. Dealing with angry, stressed-out animal parents on the phone is hard. Turnover is surprisingly low for the amount of stress the call center employees process.

This company is the worst company to work for because they promised their employees a based income of $900 to $1,000. And then once you get to working when your first paycheck comes in, come to find out. They only pay you $50 a day $975 an hour and if you don't make a sale for that day, you don't make buck 50 and that's not what they say in the beginning. That's not what they tell you before they hire you. They tell you have a based income and then the sales is where the extra money comes in at and it's all a like they still owe me money. They do not want to pay me because they said something about multiple signups and I'm new so I don't know anything about that so they just cheat people out of their money. They want people to get out there in the heat and work for them. They don't give nobody water. They don't provide nothing for you and they want you to travel all over the world to just pay you $50 a day and not even reimbursed you your gas money
