We aim to fill the roles that are necessary for the growth of our company as well as to satisfy the needs of the projects at any given time. As demands and needs do change, naturally, companies need to reassess the current state and make decisions based on these factors, Downsizing is never an option that any company favors, however, the reality is that the market is ever-so-changing, and with the recent great resignation, there was much movement on both the employer as well as the employee end. It is a time where there are many opportunities in the market and everyone is trying to find the best way to be successful.
Our company culture is evolving and improving each day. We take great care to make sure we get employee feedback and are open to suggestions on an ongoing basis. We currently have a calendar of events that the amazing social committee manages and makes sure to plan fun events for employees!
