As the landscape in hybrid work is shifting, we are managing the working arrangements on an ongoing basis, and making sure we work with our employees to address their needs in regards to a work-life balance. Our internal referral bonus program has been a benefit for many levels of staff whereby we encourage existing staff to refer their network to apply for current openings. We have also had huge success with internal movement within the company as we love to promote from within to those that have grown and have developed the right skillset for new roles. So we definitely have much room for advancement and we do offer training programs to help our employees develop their skillset. Wages and salaries are based on market value and unique skillsets, thus we do take great care when determining our rates. In terms of benefits and sick days, ASTOUND currently offers higher than average minimum requirements, as we care about our employees wellbeing and mental health.
