Pros

The in office culture used to be really strong but it was more because of the work hard, play hard mentality.

Cons

Nepotism. Lack of vision and strategy for growth. Compensation isn't competitive. There are very few growth opportunities. They have a reputation in the industry for average execution and mistreating their employees.
