      Some interesting projects in theory. People get “promoted” because someone quits.

      Cons

      Toxic owner and upper management team. Low pay. Horrible processes and lack of understanding of how healthy businesses should operate.

      People on the shop floor MAKE this company.

      Cons

      Upper management is the reason this company is always on the catch up. Production manager was given the title not earned just like the people he helps advance. Skilled and experienced workers get undermined all the time.

We currently have a referral bonus program for many levels of staff whereby we encourage existing staff to refer their network to apply for current openings. We have also had huge success with internal movement within the company as we love to promote from within to those that have grown and have developed the right skillset for new roles.       none, but the minium requirement on glass door is 5 words...

      the most toxic and dysfunctional place I have ever stepped foot into, upper management is too busy patting themselves on the back to realize they are the biggest problem
