      Pros

      None. Everybody throws each other under the bus and points fingers for the incompetence!

      Cons

      Upper Management is incompetent and a bunch of snakes. Theyll fire you for anything, no loyalty, fake smiles and they'll send you down the river for their unprofessionalism & ineptitude! They like to fire people right before your benefits start in 3 months.

      Complete lack of leadership

      Pros

      Enjoyed majority of my immediate team members, not "Upper Management" though.

      Cons

      Claims to be a "family first company", yet expects salaried employees to work 24 hours a day, work during PTO and of course during Sick Days! No clear direction from Upper Management. Owner has too many grand ideas and ultimately fails at achieving any of them. Too many Directors and Vice Presidents for a small company getting paid 90% of the money while the rest of us got 10% to split.

      Great for Events

      Pros

      Large-scale production facilities and a long time in the business makes Astound great for Tradeshow / Event. The people are generally very nice, there is real flexibility to achieve a good life balance, and the entrepreneurial spirit runs deep.

      Cons

      Very production-focussed...no real inspiration here for out-of-the-box creators.
