      Pros

      The culture is what I loved most. The management hierarchy seems flat even though it isn't. That is something I have always looked for in a company. I wouldn't have left if I didn't have to because of personal reasons.

      Cons

      I don't really have any... because the company is growing there is a small issue with office space, but I believe they are looking for a new space with more room.
