      Pros

      This is a company with great potential. It has all the necessary tools to hit the top once everything is fine-tuned.

      Cons

      Due to how our industry operates the consistency of communications and management can waver at times - as per any company. Overall it's a great place to work though with some super-talented people where the pros outweigh the cons.

      Friends club at the top, don’t care about the bottom

      Pros

      Good people to work with on the floor.

      Cons

      Poor upper management, friends club, underpaid carpenters. Will fire you without reason or warning. Management does not care about its production staff. Raises are poor. They use this platform to try to justify their actions with blanket statements that don’t reflect the truth about their company. Hr is a joke. If you’re attractive you will get further in the company.
