      Pros

      At the time I was hired they were open to remote staff which was great. A bonus to working there.

      Cons

      Lack of company direction. The owner had hired a CEO & other senior staff who, after a year, were not meeting the owner's expectations & were all let go. After that, there were more layoffs at different levels.

      Great group of people to work alongside. Awesome company culture.

      Pay not so great. Upper management has a disconnect with build teams expects above and beyond for what they offer.
