      Nothing. I mean nothing. No absolutely nothing.

      Cons

      Bad management and owners of company lost in getting business that they treat every employee like dirt. The management team treats their employees so bad the turnover rate is through the roof. They have had over 130 people turn over since 2018 that says all you need to stay far away from this place. The owners are a joke and they have zero idea how to run a company.

      The mid-level management and peers treat you like family.

      Cons

      HR is inappropriate. Things shared in confidence is discussed to other employees. If you are in the click you are taken care of and if you are not you have a hard chance for advancement. They take advantage of your time and do nothing to retain a solid employee and just degrade you until you quit or move in a new role.
