Hello Anonymous former employee. We appreciate your input but there are many flaws in your argument. 1. In every company, there are hires that decide to leave for many reasons. If you would have done a little research you would have learned that 95% of our "overnight quitters" are people that we have spoken with beforehand and because we wanted to respect their privacy, the "no warning" was actually with a warning, just not publicised to the whole company. 2. The management "doesn't think we are doing a great job". We believe we are doing the best we can for a company that has been doing so well we need to hire so quickly that growing pains are a real thing. We encourage input and love to hear what others think can improve the company. 3. Looking at actual stats the average tenure is 2.9 years. You can check that number out yourself if you have Linkedin Premium. If you don't have premium here is a screenshot. https://imgur.com/sTVUXpl We feel that you are throughing out allegations that aren't only false but seem like they are written by somebody that has never worked for the company and if so your disgruntle review could mean a few things: A. The issue may have been with you and not the company and the attitude and values you are displaying in this review are what made us separate our ways. B. You are from a competing company and actually trying to discredit our company. If you are really a former employee we would like to sit down and have an actual conversation.
