      the people i work with the shop is a great space every day is different account managers are great

      there is nothing i dislike about the company the salary is pretty poor and annoying seeing the ceo and vp with their nice cars. i really dont like him that much, but who cares its just a job

      Pros

      This is a company with great potential. It has all the necessary tools to hit the top once everything is fine-tuned.

      Cons

      Due to how our industry operates the consistency of communications and management can waver at times - as per any company. Overall it's a great place to work though with some super-talented people where the pros outweigh the cons.

      Pros

      The leadership at ASTOUND is doing all the right things and it's great to be a part of such a progressive and savvy group of professionals. It's clear why we've won Deloitte's 50 Best Managed Companies in Canada along with the other accolades. There are more to come as I see no competitors even coming close.

      Cons

      The pace. It's a fast pace and there's and there's a lot of last minute, sometimes crazy client requests. Communicating details through certain phases needs improvement but I'm confident there will be steps to address this.
