      Pros

      Incredible fabrication facilities for building simple to complex tradeshow installations.

      Cons

      Company was struggling financially probably due to the pandemic. They made new senior leadership hiring decisions to elevate the company and bring in more business. It didn't work out and, as a result, the owner laid off these executives and everyone they had hired.

      I've been with Astound for almost 6 months now and I appreciate the team's cohesiveness and the passion of each individual to reach the company's goal. Everyone is soo appreciative and respectful with one another, making it a great place to work. I'm looking forward to see the company's growth as we continue to move towards positive trajectory.
