      Pros

      Growing rapidly, great creative team, good management, fun work environment and company culture, solid North American footprint with excellent build capabilities.

      Cons

      Premium design, build and services equal Premium prices to clients which can make it harder to win business. It's a very competitive market.

      Pros

      The work is dynamic with each project being very different from the other, it’s never repetitive. You will get to work with a lot of big brands. It is a collaborative and friendly work culture where team members support each other, and the company fosters connection through team bonding events - last month was a company-wide BBQ.

      Cons

      Location is a bit far and some processes are still evolving. During the busy seasons can be challenging but manageable
