good facility like a swimming pool, GYM and a restaurant. I had a nice boss and colleagues.

too many projects so-so salary overtime working in RD/PM division overcrowd office environment

Cons

Leadership and decision making style is Top Down wherein principal company controls from home country. Organisational strategy is to grow steadily and smoothly with no abrupt decision to grow the Brand & the Market.
