Elastic work time. Free lunch/dinner. A lot of welfares, such as giving out coupons for buying corporate products for free. Supporting staff(ID,SQ,BSP,PM) are helpful and smart. Near many tourist spots, such as hot springs & mountain trails. The environment is very good.

Cons

The corporate policy for promotion emphasizing more on equality.
