Great work / holidays / leave system. When I transferring to new planning team, the project plan system getting better.

Cons

Too many people to discuss/decide one matter. Sometimes we want to act quick but we cant.

Pros

Management invests a lot for training, for 1+ year. Year bonus is good, for 3+ year. Headquarters have free lunch/dinner, gym, swimming pool. They also have Starbucks, Seven Eleven and Mos-Burger.

Cons

Everything is cost-down. Seriously, they cost-down every single thing. Long work times are a burden. Everybody works until very late, so you also have to follow suit.
