- very solid issues solving everyday, enhance time mgn skills and improve very fast - opp to report to high levels and co-work with leaders - many talented/friendly co-works and bosses, they are learning models and connection in the future - short product life cycles, could see more in short time - deal with many vendors, manufactory, operators, also connections again

Cons

- no time for freshman training, so it will be stressful - the monthly salary base is low, more depends on bonus (not growing but stable) - you have to make the boss like you asap when you are in, or never got the good opp then - no work/life balance - talented ppl always have to clean up others mess, even not your KPI
