      Sales is at the mercy of product management. Product management makes all the decisions without fully understanding the business. Be willing to push what you need Weak US marketing 3 soloed busiess units with completely different strategies Not hiring enough people to compensate for growth and work load

      Pros

      Because the company doesn't have any structure many departments overlap so you will be able to build your resume. Health insurance is paid by the company

      Cons

      Lack of structure equals no direction. Training is none existent and the pay is low for all the task that you are required to complete. Staff also needs to learn that your in America which means English is the primary language.
