Pros

I was pleasantly surprised by the emphasis on integrity and positivity. This was a restart of my career and as an older employee, I love the culture, benefits and focus on taking care of our customers, both external and internal. It's been 5 years and I have NO regrets for joining AT&T!!

Some days are long and things change rapidly so you have to learn to adapt on the fly...
