Pros

Good location in DFW area

Cons

-Former corporate employee- Love it when the CEO answers an employee question with “there are billion dollar companies operating with only 10 people” implying that his employees are surplus and his goal is to have as few employees as possible. Stock is down yet it’s okay to build a new multi billion dollar headquarters in Plano….how is he affording that? by laying off employees and using their salaries. This CEO does not care about his employees and believes that everyone is a number. Hours are tracked from the moment you badge in to the time your laptop disconnects from the corporate WiFi. Managers are required by executives to question their employees for coming in 7.5 hours instead of 8 hours. Everyone is a number and everyone is a “short term employee” in his eyes. Loyalty is no longer considered and lay offs are happening to people who have been with the company for decades. Goal is to decrease the employee count by 30-40%. Stay away from this CEO and this management. They don’t care about you
