Pros

Great employees benefits with wireless, tv, and internet products, healthcare, education reimbursement, 401K. Countless organizations to work within. Always a lot of work to do.

Cons

They are always streamlining, cutting jobs, under compensating employees, their salaries are not competitive with other companies. Yearly raises are very minimal.
