Pros

1/2 off on ATT Mobile service. 1/2 off or free DirecTV service. That's about it. They've stripped out all other Pros.

Cons

T wants to be a tech-forward company but at the end of the day (and especially upper/exec mgmt) they are a telephone company. They want to do Agile and be leaders in the streaming industry but they do not foster it, unwilling to pay for top talent and do not take care of the employees they have. Remote work is discouraged and strict working hours are enforced. Work/Life balance is non existent. I've had 3 different management chains in the last year all due to reorgs, layoffs and musical chairs at the VP levels.

Pros

Great benefits. Opportunity for growth

Cons

The company has changed over the years. The management team is under huge pressure to attain goals because the threat of them losing their jobs to surpluses or downsizing. The will work you as hard as they can with little relief.
