Pros

Good GOOD pay, I was part time so the benefits weren't much. I got vacation and all, the medical insurance was way too expensive for part timers, but dental was still pretty cheap.

Cons

Too easy to lose your job or get written up over trivial things. Most long time employees have been on multiple steps of discipline for different things or barely squeaked by on a final MULTIPLE times. One person is being fired for a bad customer review, where the customers only complaint is that he yawned while working with them.

Pros

Great pay. Great devices. Great cell phone service. Great plans.

Cons

Passed over for promotions continuously. With the new "Rethink Possilbe" they will hire someone who has fresh eyes over experience. Education doesn't mean anything. Those who are in management have less education. Because of the commission structure, sales associates turn into snakes. Management doesn't help groom you into a leader so that you can be promoted.

Pros

great benefits. health, vacations, and 401k. if you work hard and network you can advance in the company pretty quickly.

Cons

change compensation plans to much. Lack of training, and the training that is given is not up to par, and is done to quickly.
