Pros

It pays well. They have many resources available such as tuition reimbursement, etc...

Cons

Always standing up, Definitely is becoming more a "please the big man" company. Too corporate, Cingular was not like this. The commission structure is always changing took 40% pay cut last year and sold 2x the volume. The commission system is screwed up.

Pros

work life balance is supported. large company, so there are teams to switch to if you want to do something new. good diversity. there are good opportunities to grow your skills if you are a self-directed person. even though pay is said to be lower than at similar wireless companies, they do reward those who work hard with good raises and key contributor bonuses.

Cons

benefits package is terrible. expensive if you have dependents. hard to get a promotion unless you switch teams or you leave and come back as a contractor. but getting raises is not too hard if you work hard. sometimes since it is such a big company, that makes it hard. there can be a lot of confusion when working on integration projects.
