Pros

This is a huge organization, offering endless opportunities for advancement. It has an attractive benefits package, comparable to other companies of it's size.

Cons

Unreasonable time-lines; too many meetings, not enough production; lots of sudden changes in project focus, little or no thought for wasted time and resources.

Worst job.

Pros

Money is good, if you don't mind squeezing customers for it. The free phones for reps are nice, but you quite often have to get last year's models.

Cons

Worst job ever. Customers come AFTER commission. Managers grade your floor work with customers, criticize the negative points and ignore the positive. Too much emphasis on adding features and accessories. Some customers just need a basic phone, and a sales rep should not get "beaten up" by management for selling it. No reinforcement. Management goes home early.
