great benefits on various levels - depending on level of employment - reasonable goals - management strong in commuication - extra opportunities for extra commissions

Cons

can be stressful - fewer opportunities to grow and benefits change as you go up the ladder - you pay more get less

The marketing done by the firm really serves to keep the company top of mind thus enabling the sales effort.

Cons

It is a large company and one has to be skilled at negotiating within this environment to get your voice heard.

Pros

Awesome employee phone plan, work provided uniforms, excellent pay and benefits. This job can start as a part time gig but can easily become a career. Once you are with the company for one year, you are open to move to other areas as the opportunities become available.

Cons

This job requires a lot of personal time, and the commission structure has drastically changed. Back in 08, we used to make really good, now its just average. Went down on average from 2000 dollars per month in commission to about 1200.....
