Pros

Having free phone service and access to pretty much any phone, including the iphone. The pay is not that bad but the commissions are declining yearly because of pay structure changes and goals. the best thing is the competitive part of the job.

Cons

Declining commissions. Fairness in promoting people. Everything seems to be done with politics and favoritism and it's not enough that you are a great worker and do your job. The goals are always sky high and very unrealistic. seems like they make it impossible to earn high commissions. Managers are not supported very well.

Pros

Salary & benifits are better than most other companys.

Cons

Management from lower levels to 4th level management is very disfunctional. Every department tries to micro-manage, which only causes confusion. There is this production number system they have implemented, which is unattainable if quality is desired.
