Pros

Money, benefits, perks, discounts and you get a work phone and possibly a tablet.

Cons

Work hours, the change of schedule, based on "company needs" its never enough, you can be a top rep and your never going to be good enough. Being part time is better. use the tuition reimbursement and get out of there

Pros

Good pay and benefits. Good training programs. Generally friendly people. Lots of good discounts. Depending on your department, lots of telework opportunities.

Cons

Very Dallas-centric. Extremely difficult to move to the GM/Director level even if you're a High Potential employee, particularly if you're anywhere other than Dallas.
