Pros

BEFORE AT&T merger this was the best job I ever had with incentives base and overtime, I made $66,000 in my second year. Amazing benefits. Support and management were top notch.

Cons

Att came in and changed everything incentives dropped managers and team leaders were let go, and the fun sales atmosphere turned into a fear factor of job security

Pros

Good pay, bonus just about every month depending on your department Casual dress code

Cons

Customers hate AT&T and will certainly take it out on you, cancelling their accounts due to the merger The constant pressure of someone listening to you Always afraid of losing your job because you simply cannot save someone from saving money elsewhere Communication is just awful.
