Pros

Great entry level sales position, very competitive salary and benefits. Locations in virtually every major city in the U.S. Great promotion opportunities if you enjoy sales. Company provides stellar training on soft skills, products and services. Fast paced, technology-laden, fun place to work

Cons

If you are not a fast learner or not computer user, this is not the job for you. Must embrace technology and able to adapt to change. Not necessarily a negative but if you don't like change, this is not the place for you.

There is pay

Pros

Decent benefits, decent pay at top craft. Plenty of hours in the summer if you want them. Good 401k. If you have a good management team and level 2 you wil be fine.

Cons

Too many hours in the summer if you have a young family (dont make plans) The position is always changing. You are graded against your peers. The bottom 20% can be disciplined. If you have a bad management team and level 2, they will nit pick and you will be put on discipline for the smallest of things...so you cannot transfer, get promoted, or change jobs.
