Pros

Great place to work. They give chance for employees to grow within the organization and develop new skills. Great benefits.

Cons

Constant change and restructuring. They continue to lay off people every 6 months. Directors don't help surplus employees look for jobs internally. Their tools to measure employee's performance is very poor.

Pros

Salary and commissions are aggressive. A retail sales consultant came make upwards to $60k per year. Dress is business casual and sneakers are encouraged for comfort.

Cons

Extremely numbers driven. The managers will constantly micro-manage you and perform daily observations and coaching sessions. The schedule is based on seniority so if you're a new hire be prepared to work EVERY weekend and closing shift for the foreseeable future.
