Pros

Union, good pay, great hours, benefits, easy work, exchange time.

Cons

Constantly changing policies make it hard to meet goals. ACE score requirements are close to impossible to meet because you are judged on the customers perception of the company as a whole not you as a rep. Extremely strict attendance policy one absence or tardy in your first 90 days can result in termination, no sick days only holidays and vacation days you can take if you get sick or have an emergency. You only get 2 in the first 6 months after your 90 days.

Pros

Pay and benefits are really good

Cons

Management and can make or break work environment. Management gets in trouble for numbers and you will slowly see them take it out in reps and don't change their actions but expect everyone else to.
