I will miss my customers more than my coworkers.
Pros
The pay was great! A little too comfortable. They do take care of employees, providing excellent benefits and even business cellphones. I didn't want the insurance, but people say it's great. I got the opportunity to meet some great people from all walks of life. AT&T trained me very well and the experience brought out the best sales woman in me. I didn't think I had it in me. After leaving and moving forward with a new company, I knew the value of what I had. It prepared me for everything in my career. If you can work at AT&T, you can work anywhere, and might even find that other places are not as challenging. I work well under pressure, thanks to this company.
Cons
Where to even start!! Ugh! The coworkers were like a high school drama movie! If one found even the slightest thing to say about you behind your back, everyone would join in. Needless to say, there was absolutely no team work. In a setting where you're not just competing with your peers but 100s of stores, your store will never be number one if you and your coworkers are working against each other. I was sick and tired of coworkers placing blame, pointing fingers, gossiping, and overall the low moral. Eventually, I grew tired of being apart of a losing store. Fortunately for me I moved on to bigger and better things. AT&T looks great on a resume.
