Pros

The best part of working at AT&T is walking distance to the Casino, and you get 1 hour for lunch vs 30 Minutes in most call centers, and that is about all I can think of.

Cons

I have NEVER seen as hateful ,and rude ,gossiping group of people in my life, my 3rd day on the floor I needed help on a difficult call involving migrating 5 lines from individual acct to group, plus calculating 4 months of credit, for ATT overbilled them. My lead actually shouted at me to get up and let her take over the call. It affected me so bad I really almost cried!

Pros

The health and vacation benefits are good, the salary is competitive.

Cons

They're getting too much into the micromanaging with ridiculous tracking systems.
