Pros

Smart teams, people who care about their jobs and about the customers, interesting work and very strong benefits. I really like working here and enjoy my colleagues. I was hired fully remote

Cons

The new return to office policy is a draconian and misguided excuse to force people to leave the company as all but seven hub locations are closing simultaneously. I was hired remote but I either need to move across the country (with no relocation subsidy and no guarantee of keeping my job) or accept a lousy severance. The rollout of this policy has been abysmal: they told us 2 months ago but the final word hasn't been confirmed so rumors rule the day. Morale is in the toilet. Even if I want to stay, my team has been gutted. Good going, Stankey.

Pros

The pay is great and benefits are decent. Fellow team members are a pleasure to work with and are always willing to assist their colleague. There is the added benefit of working from home and saving on the commute. Also, PTO is great as well as time off on holidays. As long as you follow call flow and can get at least two wireless new lines of service a month management will not bother you much.

Cons

THIS IS A SALES JOB. Don't be fooled into thinking this is regular customer service. You will be expected to obtain AAL's (add-a-lines). There is a sales goal. This job can be stressful. There are really no great deals, promotions, or incentives to help retain customers. You earn additional bonus based on how many customers you can keep from cancelling and how many people do not call back within 7 days. Do not get too attached to coworkers or people from training class if you are new because turnover rate is HIGH. My training class was well over 100 people (of which about 88 where people new to the company). Out of 88 only 5 made it to the one year mark that was celebrated last month. Management is not readily available however, there is a special team (CSD) that you can contact through chat to help resolve most customers issue. There are times when you will feel helpless so get comfortable with finding solutions on your own and sustaining valid charges

Pros

This is a great place to learn some essential skills once you enter the workforce. You get 23 days of PTO when you start off and unlimited sick days. The insurance is just okay and is there if you want it. You also get a 401K match if you stay with the company. The work locations are okay, but give off very old office vibes since they are not very renovated. This is the type of workplace where you will be slightly uncomfortable all the time, but overall okay with what you get paid in the long term. Suggestion: If you are just starting out, stay in and learn what you can and then leave for a better job. If you are older, keep the job if you are okay with dealing with annoying situations constantly.

Cons

To save money, they decided to close many work locations across the US and instead concentrate offices in four states: CA, NJ, GA, TX. If you want to advance, upper management says to move to TX. This will cause many people to either relocate or quit within a 3-month time span. They do this instead of doing mass layoffs (and paying for a severance package). Additionally, they are pushing many people in the company to retire early. Upper management is not very thoughtful and rude. At the end of the day, they only care about their budget and not the workers' livelihoods.
