Pros

• Discounted AT&T service • Good benefits (401k match, HSA company contributions, medical/vision/dental)

Cons

• Forced, unpaid relocation occurring for existing employees • Lack of actual roadmap for the future — aimless sweeping decisions with negative impacts to try to appeal to shareholders who still sell anyways • Does not offer vertical growth, many employees are complacent after their 5-10+ years .... new employees do not tend to stay and go elsewhere where the work is more challenging and there's a ladder to climb

Pros

Solid pay for entry-level positions, tuition reimbursement.

Cons

I asked my director what our value prop is vs. a less-expensive solution. This person had 15 years with the company and couldn't give me an answer. Enough said. Nepotism is alive and well. If you're looking to get promoted or recognized for performance, look elsewhere. Because they promote based on who they "like" the most, your manager will probably have no clue what they're doing.

Pros

Did not have any previous customer service experience but the job was WFH which made it manageable. The managers for the most part will give you positive feedback and are usually very nice. The pay is ok and you do get PTO after a few months of work.

Cons

Corporate heads give terrible suggestions that customers simply do not care about and allow retail store workers to scam store customers by adding on purchases which as part of our job we have to refund them back or get a earful of nasty language thrown at us throughout the day. They are fully aware of it and don't care about the actions of retail workers and then if we refund too much "which we have to if it's a unknown purchases" our team gets in trouble with management.
