Pros

Decent benefits, salary, and opportunities for young people to gain valuable experience that you can take it elsewhere for higher compensation. Good promotion opportunities if you can relocate, though relocation $ is rarely offered.

Cons

Long hours, frequent surplus conditions, and now must live in one of a few cities referred to as collaboration zones unless you are selling or installing services locally. Upper management talks good culture, but in the last 3 years it is not consistently practiced so message is lost as it trickles down.

Cons

Job security - dude to acquisitions by at&t many roles in the company became unnecessary. Surplussing in at&t seams to be yearly.
