Pros

1. Colleagues in hans-on -focused roles are professional, collaborative, and enjoyable to work with 2. Business and product teams often work on interesting and engaging projects 3. Hybrid work model 4. Financially stable company 5. Occasional company events and team-building days 6. Tel Aviv office is modern and pleasant 7. Some roles outside of data appear to offer a more positive experience

Cons

Based on my personal opinion and experience in data roles: 1. The environment felt sometimes chaotic with unclear priorities 2. Decision-making appeared influenced by internal politics rather than professional considerations 3. Teams were occasionally left without a direct manager for extended periods 4. Workload expectations could feel unrealistic for a single person 5. One-on-one conversations sometimes felt discouraging 6. Meetings were often highly structured with limited opportunities for employee input 7. In data teams, career development paths seemed limited 8. Tools and technologies in use felt outdated compared to industry standards in Israel 9. Alignment between data teams was sometimes inconsistent, which created duplicated work or inefficiencies 10. Collaboration with international teams could be challenging, and accessing information occasionally took longer than expected 11. In data roles, frequent meetings take up a large part of the day, making it difficult to focus on advancing tasks or projects
