Pros

Salary, up to date technical infrastructure

Cons

5 days RTO with minimum or no exceptions????!!!!!!!!!!! No way I am going to spend daily hours of my life and share space with hundreds of people and fighting for seating and normal work life balance while being constantly distracted and bothered. Also, the viral note from CEO Stankey was the final nail in the coffin, he is pure narcissist and psycho ruining the once good culture. I am leaving... FU
