Great opportunity for Nova area early career, especially if you'd like to give back by working at a not-for-profit

Cons

Rocky road to hoe for any that stay beyond that first promotion. And with recent re-definition of biologist roles, many are now in positions they are far overqualified for but have no hope of being promoted into.

Good job for any one straight out of their undergrad Biology courses.

Cons

Company structure is poor. Clear division between the lab folks and upper management. Morale is very low. Work environment is very grim. Too much turn over due to poor management decisions.
