Business Outlook
Pros
Demetrius is a wonderful manager who is very hands on and approachable. He always addresses any concerns that we have as employees and is always very professional and respectful. He wants his team to succeed and works hard to boost morale in the workplace and makes each employee feel valued. I could not ask for a better manager.
Cons
There are not many opportunities for growth within each department. I feel there should be a team lead in each department to address smaller issues/concerns that team members may have without having to go to the manager for every little thing. This would also help alleviate the workload for the manager.
