      Pros

      ATCC has offered me a unique working experience in my field. Constant and enormous presence of special hazard LN2 and highly hazardous biological specimens, and who would expect to gain construction safety experience in a repository? I am looking forward to gain more when the expansions happen. Another uniqueness is working at the federal government facility in my location following all the federal regulations and guidelines. Also my professional development has been great and the management is very supportive of this.

      Cons

      I wish ATCC has more technicians in the facility maintenance department and a shop to do some small works.
