If I could summarize three good things about ATCC, I would say: Coworkers are generally very friendly, ATCC offers good benefits and a manageable work schedule.

Cons

Now for the not so good things about ATCC: Poorly-defined mission, Stodgy management and work environment, Poor communication, and distrust between different divisions

The job is not too hard, keeps you busy. Despite the cons the job is not that bad.

Cons

There is clear favoritism in the repository. You can do all the work and no reward. They will dangle rewards in your face just to keep you working. The manager barely knows what people are actually doing in the repository.
