Pros

The commute isn't terrible. The coworkers are alright.

Cons

The whole upper management team is determined to destroy the company. From a failed ERP system that has cost the company a lot, not only in money but reputation. To the incompetency and lack of leadership, transparency and competence.

Pros

Its a biotech company and looks good on your resume. Most work is pre-defined so if you are someone who doesn't like troubleshooting, then its good for you.

Cons

Narrow door for upward mobility hence employees stepping on each other to get noticed. Bad behavior by some employees not checked especially if they are close to supervisors and upper management. Policies of equality just on paper but not followed and sad thing is no one seems to care enough to check it. A lot of attempt to flood online reviews with good reviews and comments just to offset the genuine bad reviews by they are receiving from employees, don't be fooled. If you have another option, PLEASE run away from this company....Good luck

Pros

- Relatively stable - Great benefits - Everyone is knowledgeable and nice

Cons

In my opinion, their salaries are relatively low when compared to other companies and when considering the amount of work expected. Sometimes there is lack of communication within the company... just my opinion.
