Good job for any one straight out of their undergrad Biology courses.

Cons

Company structure is poor. Clear division between the lab folks and upper management. Morale is very low. Work environment is very grim. Too much turn over due to poor management decisions.

Pros

Good scientists. I liked most of the people I have interacted with. Good vacation benefit.

Cons

Very totalitarian organisation. There is absolutely no freedom of expression. Cypess is a dictator who fires everyone who disagrees with him, no matter at what level these people may be (technicians to CSOs) There is no growth opportunities and all people I knew were looking for a job as soon as they spent few months and sensed how the company operated.
